materials & construction
All our rugs are made with the best quality materials available. Our primary material, is a heavy cotton canvas which gives our rugs a ‘hug the floor like feel’, they don’t move around like pieces of flimsy fabric. They are hemmed to give them a neatly finished appearance and to further prevent the fabric from unraveling. The rugs painted surface is coated with several layers of sealer to protect them from wear and moisture. An integrated non-skid backing is also available to prevent slippage on smaller mats and runners.
Each hand-painted canvas rug is truly a work of art - each is signed and dated by Patricia, and no two are identical.
